Several meetings were conducted with parents of class XII students both to apprise them about the progress of their wards as also to solicit their co-operation to enhance their performance. Teachers resort to contacting parents on telephone when a student is irregular, or absent in special class.

As a rule, open day is conducted after every term.  A special provision has been made for parents to meet teachers on all days after 1.40pm.I request parents to make use of this facility and stick to visiting hours.
